1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By connecting your Web3 wallet, accessing our website, or interacting with our smart contracts, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into and abide by these Terms.
  • Your use of MGL does not violate any applicable local, national, or international regulations, sanctions, or financial laws.
2. Description of MGL Platform Services

MGL provides a next-generation decentralized ecosystem enabling users to:

  • Participate in official MGL presale token distribution events using supported cryptocurrencies.
  • Interact with decentralized smart contracts across multi-chain networks (BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Polygon).
  • Access ecosystem utilities including staking, decentralized payment integrations, and crypto transaction monitoring.
  • View real-time account balances, token distribution allocations, and referral rewards.
3. Non-Custodial Architecture & Wallet Security

MGL operates exclusively as a non-custodial decentralized application. This means:

  • You Are Your Own Custodian: You maintain sole custody, ownership, and control of your connected Web3 wallets and private cryptographic keys at all times.
  • Zero Credential Storage: MGL NEVER requests, accesses, stores, or recovers your private keys, seed passphrases, or wallet passwords.
  • Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and reviewing smart contract approvals prior to signing. MGL cannot restore access to lost or compromised wallets.
4. Blockchain Transactions & Network Fees

All transactions executed through the MGL ecosystem interact directly with public blockchain networks:

  • Gas Fees: Blockchain network miner/gas fees are determined entirely by the underlying blockchain and are paid directly by the user. MGL does not control or refund gas fees.
  • Transaction Finality: Once confirmed on the blockchain, transactions are immutable and cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded.
  • Network Confirmations: Processing speed and confirmation times depend on decentralized network conditions and RPC node throughput.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When utilizing MGL, you strictly agree NOT to:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or market-manipulation activities.
  • Use automated bots, exploit scripts, or front-running software to attack smart contracts or platform infrastructure.
  • Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion through our platform.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of the MGL platform or interconnected services.
6. Taxes and Financial Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes arising from your cryptocurrency transactions, presale participation, and token holdings in compliance with your local tax laws.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The MGL platform, smart contracts, and digital services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Cryptocurrency markets and digital assets are volatile and subject to market risk. Information provided on the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MGL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, blockchain congestion, or external wallet compromises.
8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, platform designs, brand assets, logos, and proprietary software interfaces belonging to MGL are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Platform Access & Suspension

MGL reserves the right to restrict or suspend interface access to any wallet address suspected of malicious exploit attempts, sybil attacks, or violation of these Terms, while preserving the user's inherent on-chain blockchain rights.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at our discretion to align with platform upgrades or regulatory developments. Any amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of MGL following changes signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
